About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality photorealistic interior and architectural visualizations for commercial projects including retail shops, restaurants, cafés, offices, beauty salons, gyms, kiosks, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings from architectural drawings and design concepts.
• Produce interior and exterior visualization images, walkthroughs, and animation videos.
• Interpret design briefs, mood boards, and material specifications accurately.
• Create realistic lighting, materials, textures, and furniture compositions.
• Produce full architectural drawings with joinery details drawings (CAD)
• Provide Bill Of Quantities ( BOQ) for the finishing interior works (Excel)
• Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Managers.
• Revise and update renderings based on client and management feedback.
• Ensure all renderings meet company quality standards and project timelines.
• Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client meetings and design proposals.
• Maintain organized project files, models, and rendering assets.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, software, and rendering techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design visualization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end commercial interior projects.
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • 3ds Max
  • V-Ray / Corona Renderer
  • SketchUp
  • AutoCAD
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Lumion (preferred)
  • Unreal Engine / Enscape (advantage)
• Strong understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and visualization quality.
• Experience in retail, F&B, office, and commercial fit-out projects is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Animation and walkthrough video production.
• Post-production and image enhancement skills.
• Knowledge of construction details and fit-out drawings.
• Experience coordinating with design and fit-out teams.
